Are all products vegan?
Yes, all maybeauty products are vegan. The formulations do not contain animal ingredients, animal by-products, or any other animal-derived ingredients, including beeswax and honey.
Are the products tested on animals?
No, maybeauty's skincare is 100% cruelty free and none of the products are tested on animals.
Can maybeauty products be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Yes, the formulations are natural and very delicate. They are safe for all people and skin types and they do not have any contraindication, including women during pregnancies or breastfeeding.
In what order should the products be applied?
At first cleanse your skin, then gently apply the serum and as a last step use the cream. If you apply it in the morning, add some SPF.
Do the products contain parabens and chemical preservatives?
No maybeauty products are 100% natural and made only from organic ingredients.
Do the products expire?
You can find the expiration date on the product.
Does the Vitamin C lose its effectiveness after opening the cream or serum?
No, maybeauty's formula is 100% stable. The pure Vitamic C is empowered with the organic extract of lemon and orange peel and is incorporated in the fresh organic aloe vera pure extract to form a powerful reliable “complex” which is ensuring maximum stability over time. The PAO of the product is 12 months.

How often should I use the products?
For the best result, we recommend applying the serum & cream on a daily basis – every morning and every evening.

How long are the delivery times?
We're trying to process your orders as fast as possible. Currently, the delivery times are 2-5 business days within Germany and 3-7 business days for all other countries.
Can an order be cancelled or changed?
